This course is open to support staff actively involved in setting up telemedicine consultations for healthcare professionals in both the private (for-profit and not-for-profit)  and public sectors. This encompasses a diverse range of roles, including but not limited to:

Course Design

The is an interactive, comprehensive eLearning course, consisting of 2 components:

  • Self-study (Done in your own time).
  • Assessments in the form of multiple-choice questionnaires.

Course Duration

The minimum period for completion is 3 months from date of registration.

It will take approximately 10-12 hours to work through all content and resources as well as complete the assessment requirements.

Assessment

Participants are assessed on the self-study component of the course through means of a multiple-choice questionnaire for which a pass mark of 50% is required.

After successful completion of the course, you will be awarded with a certificate of completion from the Foundation for Professional Development.
