Employee benefits are evolving in line with the national COVID-19 response. This short course will provide participants with insight around the responsibilities of an employer, how to manage staff with COVID-19 and the options available for employees who cannot telecommute.
Additionally, the course addresses important issues such as preventing COVID-19 stigma in the workplace and dealing with stress and anxiety amongst employees.

The course is a part-time distance (e-learning) course.
Participants are assessed by means of a multiple-choice questionnaire for which a pass rate of 50% is required.
The minimum period for completion is 30 minutes and participants are given 1 week from date of registration to complete the course.
FPD will award participants with a certificate of completion for this course should they successfully pass the assessment component.
