Course Design

The Leading Change Management short course is a part-time distance (e-learning) self-study course with interactive and reflective content, including videos and activities that creates important output needed to lead change. A process and approach to change management with case studies is taught, giving you the knowledge to replicate the change for any project.


Participants are required to work through the multimedia content, complete the associated activity and multiple-choice questions after each module. On passing all the multiple-choice assessments participants will earn a completion certificate awarded by Foundation for Professional Development (FPD), a registered Private Institute of Higher Education.  

Course Duration

The content takes 10 hours to complete in total and you are provided with access to complete the course in a maximum of three months.


FPD will award successful participants with a completion certificate on passing the assessments.
